This 4-week group program is for anyone feeling unsure where to start with movement and constantly wondering what to eat to feel their best. Feel Good Foundations helps you build a strong, supported routine — one that leads to a body you wake up and love.

There are two key pieces to building a body that feels good every day: mobility and nutrition.

 

Mobility

Through mobility training, you’ll start to build joints that feel buttery and a body that’s resilient and strong. Not sure what that looks like? Mobility training isn’t foam rolling. Joint-specific mobility is intentional, challenging work that transforms your body from the inside out.

You’ll get weekly mobility videos on YouTube — but inside Feel Good Foundations, you’ll also have personalized support and group accountability to keep you on track. In just four weeks, you’ll build trust and confidence in your body.

 

Nutrition - Nutrition coaching starts April 28th

You already know that what you eat directly affects how you feel. You know protein, fruits, and vegetables matter — but knowing and doing are two different things. What’s missing? Accountability and follow-through.

 

Over our four weeks together, you’ll have Chelsea, our nutrition coach, in your pocket (and always in the back of your mind). She’ll guide you from guessing what to eat to knowing exactly what your body needs to thrive. You’ll also get high-protein, diverse recipes designed to help you use what you already have and build a sustainable nutrition plan that works in real life.

 

Group Accountability

You’re not doing this alone — and that changes everything. Group accountability builds momentum, keeps you consistent, and reminds you that you’re part of something bigger than just your own goal.
