Welcome to "Mobility for the Whole Body," a beginner-friendly five-week program designed to enhance your overall mobility. Follow along to videos each week as you focus a different area of your body, gradually improving your flexibility, range of motion, and overall movement patterns. Week 1: Hips Start your journey by unlocking the potential of your hips. Enhance your flexibility and lay the groundwork for better hip mobility. Week 2: Shoulders Week two targets your upper body, specifically your shoulders. Release tension and increase mobility to enjoy greater freedom of movement in your daily activities. Week 3: Spine Show your spine some love in week three. Through targeted exercises, we'll enhance spinal mobility, promoting better posture and overall ease of movement. Week 4: The Extras Week four addresses often overlooked areas essential for overall mobility. Targeting elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, and toes! We are only the sum of our parts - and these parts need some extra attention! Week 5: Full Body CARs Cap off your program with Full Body CARs in week five. These dynamic movements integrate all your progress, leaving you feeling strong, flexible, and prepared for a more mobile future.
